Approved Austin Habitat families have completed 200 or more of their required "sweat-equity" hours and yet we have not been able to locate land on which to build their homes. If you can help, we'd like to talk to you!
Austin Habitat purchases land at fair appraisal value. We do not purchase property in the floodplain and do not mediate heirship issues. We are currently seeking in-fill lots and large tracts of land to create our next sub-division.
